He also represents clients in general civil law and contract law matters. He has handled workout matters for numerous banks. Mr. Striether also offers expertise in the areas of judicial foreclosure, judicial receivership, and financing.

After graduating from law school and spending time abroad in the United States, Holger Strahl began his professional career in 1999. After developing extensive expertise in commercial and corporate law, he began to focus his practice on international contract law and aviation law. Over a period of more than 12 years, he headed the Aviation & Transportation practice group of a renowned law firm in Frankfurt.

As an expert in the aviation industry, he is a sought-after consultant and litigator for international airlines and airport operators. His clients also include international corporations and general sales agents from the logistics and services sectors. Holger Strahl has been a partner at WSHP since July 2020 and is head of the Frankfurt office.

Susanne Lang attended the universities of Trier, Lancaster, and Heidelberg, as well as the College of Law in London. She was admitted to the German bar in 2004. Since her appointment as a notary in August 2018, Ms. Lang has been working mainly as a notary, in particular in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Thanks to her many years of experience working at a large German law firm, where her practice focused on corporate law and M&A transactions, she is well familiar with the requirements and needs of law firms and clients in the national and international transactional business. Ms. Lang is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and also notarizes in the English and Spanish languages.

Julia Wissig graduated with a law degree from the University of Mainz.

She gained her first practical experience at international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Vancouver, Canada.

After he admission to the German bar in 2008, Ms. Wissig worked at a renowned law and notary office in Frankfurt. She was appointed as a notary with her registered office in Frankfurt am Main in July 2016.

Ingrid Scheer specializes in family law and assists clients with all questions and concerns. In addition to representing clients in and out of court, she negotiates and drafts contracts and strives to find reasonable, mutually acceptable solutions.

Another interest of Ms. Sheer is inheritance law. This allows her to take into account and incorporate into her strategy the relationships between both areas of the law. Thanks to more than 30 years of professional experience, as well as constant growth of her legal expertise through regular continued education at the board-certification level, she is known as a highly competent expert in her field.

Silvano Pirritano began his professional career in 1993 as a lecturer at the Saxon Academy of Administration. After being admitted to the German bar, he initially worked in the tax departments of the business and tax consulting firms in Cologne London and Frankfurt.

He has been self-employed with his own law firm since January 2006.

In addition to the area of national and international tax law, Silvano Pirritano advises and supports companies in the areas of tax planning, business succession, restructuring, corporate survival, and liquidation. He also has many years of experience advising companies on how to avoid committing white-collar criminal offenses and provides forensic support in matters involving criminal tax law or white-collar criminal law.

Beatrice Sprengnether completed her studies and legal clerkship in Berlin. During a one-year stay abroad at the University of Warwick (UK), she obtained the Certificate in English Law. She has been admitted to the Bar Association in Frankfurt am Main in 2019. In 2020, she successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in inheritance law. After initially working in general civil law, inheritance law and criminal law, she now represents and advises clients in the areas of family and inheritance law. She also works as a Legal Assistance for children and young people and as a tutor for civil law at a University.
